COMMENTS FROM PRODUCING ARTISTIC DIRECTORS
"BURT & ME at Gretna was a COMPLETE HIT with our audiences. With the highest average attendance of any production of our season, it was by far the most profitable as well! What makes this 'jukebox musical' really sing is the funny, touching, sweetly romantic book. Given our audience's reaction to it, BURT & ME is a 'fail-safe' show!" Larry Frenock, Producing Artistic Director, Gretna Theatre, PA
“Hackmatack Playhouse found BURT & ME to be the perfect answer to any summer doldrums. The show is full of love and light and lingering melodies of Burt Bacharach and Hal David. The audience leaves with a smile, a tune and good feelings all around. The show is a winner, and a secret weapon to any scheduling situation!” Michael Guptill, Artistic Director, Hackmatack Playhouse, ME
